To note the on-site evaluation visit by the Commission's representatives to the main campus at 501 Capen Hall, North Campus, Buffalo, NY 14260 on March 10-13, 2024. To note the following additional locations were visited: (1) 461 Clementi Road, Singapore 599491 Singapore and (2) Elm & Carlton Streets, Buffalo, NY 14263. To reaffirm accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2031-2032.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the prison education program (PEP) at the additional location at Wende Correctional Facility, 3040 Wende Road, Alden, New York 14004 within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note the Commission has evaluated and approved the following PEP educational program to be offered at the location: Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. To require written evidence of review, including required approvals from all necessary licensing, regulatory, or other legal entities as necessary including the United States Department of Education by email to [email protected]. To require immediate notification of the date that instruction commenced at the additional location by email to [email protected]. To require the institution to submit a supplemental information report, due September 1, 2026, providing: (1) an update on the implementation of the prison education program (PEP); (2) submission of the best interest determination required by federal regulation, including the methodology used by the oversight entity; and (3) the data indicators used in the best interest determination. To direct a substantive change site visit as soon as practicable but no later than six months after the date that instruction commences at the location. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if instruction does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.
