  • October 28, 2021
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To note the institution's decision to close the additional location at Army Education Center, BLDG 683, Buckner Loop, West Point, NY 10996 that has ceased operations. To remove the additional location from the institution's scope of accreditation. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescindthis actionif any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision and/or the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

    To note the substantive change site visit occurred at the additional location at Sullivan Correctional Facility, 325 Riverside Drive, Fallsburg, NY 12733 and the information provided in the substantive change request was verified. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.
  • July 2, 2018
    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include provisionally the additional location at Sullivan Correctional Facility, 325 Riverside Drive, Fallsburg, NY 12733 within the scope of the institution's accreditation pending a site visit within six months of the commencement of operations. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at this additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.
  • April 16, 2018
    To reaffirm accreditation and to acknowledge the institution's participation in the Collaborative Implementation Project. To request that, beginning in 2019 and in conjunction with each Annual Institutional Update prior to the Mid-Point Peer Review in 2022, the institution provide further evidence of (1) organized and systematic assessments evaluating the extent of student achievement of program goals, especially in the School of Arts and Sciences and General Education, and (2) the use of assessment results for the improvement of educational effectiveness (Standards III and V). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.
