To direct that the next self-study, in preparation for a visit in 2025-2026, also provide an update on the status of any and all developments related to any investigations conducted by the institution or by state, federal, or other government agencies related to the Commission's action of April 29, 2024 (Standard II) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

To request that the next self-study, in preparation for a visit in 2025-2026, also provide further evidence of sustainability of financial resources, funding base, and plans for financial development, including those from any related entities adequate to support its educational purposes and programs and to ensure financial stability (Standard VI) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.

To note the institution's decision to close the additional location at 37 West Broad Street, Haverstraw, NY 10927 that ceased operations effective August 31, 2024. To remove the additional location from the institution's scope of accreditation. To note that the Commission reserves the right to rescind this action if any developments reveal additional information that might have affected the Commission's decision. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026.
