    To grant a delay of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of November 21, 2019 and due September 1, 2020, because of extraordinary circumstances related to coronavirus (COVID-19) interruptions. The report is now due December 1, 2020. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2026-2027.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the relocation of the Abu Dhabi additional location Abu Dhabi CERT Technology Park PO Box 5464 Al Muroor Road, United Arab Emirates to CERT Technology Park, PO Box 41012 Defense Road, Abu Dhabi, 41012 United Arab Emirates within the institution’s scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when instruction commences at the new location and of the date that instruction ceases at the former location. To note the Commission may rescind this action if instruction at this location does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action.

    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To note the visit by the Commission’s representatives. To reaffirm accreditation. To request a supplemental information report, due September 1, 2020, documenting further evidence (1) that the mission guides planning and resource allocation (Standard I); (2) that the general education program is sufficient in scope and addresses the identified areas (Standard III); (3) of periodic assessment of the effectiveness of planning, resource allocation, institutional renewal, and availability of resources (Standard VI); and (4) of an administration with regular engagement with faculty and students to advance the institution’s goals and objectives (Standard VII).     To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request and to approve the agreement with SUNY Empire State College, beginning January 1, 2012, which will serve as a modification to the previously approved teach-out plan for students from the Ellis College online branch campus. To note that the previously approved teach-out plan will remain in effect only for students with 3 or fewer remaining courses and who will complete their program of study no later than June 2012. To remind the institution of the request to submit a progress report, due by March 1, 2012, documenting steps taken to continue implementation of an organized and sustained assessment process to evaluate and improve student learning and institutional effectiveness (Standards 7 and 14). To further remind the institution that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2014, should document additional steps taken to strengthen distance education and global additional locations (Standard 13).
