    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To note that the institution hosted a virtual site visit in lieu of an on-site visit in accordance with the United States Department of Education (USDE) guidelines published March 17, 2020. To reaffirm accreditation. To note that a verification visit is required by USDE guidelines and will be conducted within a reasonable period of time following the virtual site visit. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2028-2029.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the first post-master's certificate in Pediatric Dysphagia within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2020-2021.

    To accept the Periodic Review Report, to reaffirm accreditation, to recognize the institution for progress to date, and to commend the institution for the quality of the Periodic Review Report and process. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2020-2021.

    To accept the progress report and to note the visit by the Commission's representative. To acknowledge receipt of documentation of Federal and state approval and to include the change of sponsorship within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To remind the institution of the progress report, due September 1, 2012, documenting (1) clarification of diversity goals pursuant to institutional mission (Standard 1), (2) steps taken to improve the institution's short- and long-term financial viability, including the development of alternative funding sources (Standard 3), (3) steps taken to strengthen institutional assessment capabilities to support institutional effectiveness activities and decision-making (Standard 7), and (4) documentation of the process to evaluate learning goals at the institutional level (Standard 14). The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2016.

To remind the institution that the change of sponsorship will be effective upon receipt of required Federal and state approvals and completion of the required site visit within six months of the effective date of the change of sponsorship. The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2016.

To request a progress report, due by December 1, 2011, documenting steps taken to effectively implement the transition plan. To remind the institution that the change of sponsorship will be effective upon receipt of required Federal and state approvals and completion of the required site visit within six months of the effective date of the change of sponsorship. To further remind the institution that the self-study, in preparation for an evaluation visit in 2010-2011, should document further evidence that the institution is continuing to effectively implement the transition plan including, but not limited to (1) clarification of mission (Standard 1); (2) further steps taken to improve the institution's short- and long-term financial viability (Standard 3); and (3) ongoing development and implementation of the institution's new governance structure (Standard 4).
