    To note the substantive change site visits occurred at the additional locations at (1) Watertown Correctional Facility, 23147 Swan Road, Watertown, NY 13601; and (2) Gouveneur Correctional Facility, 112 Scotch Settlement Road, PO Box 370, Gouveneur, NY 13642 and the information provided in the substantive change request was verified. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the other instructional site at Cape Vincent Correctional Facility, 36560 State Route 12E, PO Box 599, Cape Vincent, NY 13618 as an additional location within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations as an additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2023-2024.
