To remind the institution of its obligation to inform the Commission on the status of any investigation(s) conducted by the institution or by state, federal, or other government agencies, related to the actions of August 31, 2020 and September 3, 2020. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2024-2025.

To include the reclassification of the other instructional site at Fordham University London Centre, 23 Kensington Square, London W8 5HQ, United Kingdom to an additional location within the institution's scope of accreditation. To require immediate notification when the change is implemented. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2024-2025.

To note that the evaluation visit has occurred and will be acted upon by the Commission at the June meeting.

    To note that the progress report due April 1, 2011 regarding the Executive Master of Business Administration program offered at Kadir Has University was not submitted due to the institution's decision to terminate the program when the current students graduate. To note further that a substantive change request will be required to close the additional location at Kadir Has University at that time. To note that the June 1, 2011 Periodic Review Report has been received and will be acted on at the Commission's November meeting.

    To note the visit by the Commission's representative and to affirm the inclusion of the contractual agreement with and additional location at Kadir Has University, Istanbul, Turkey, within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To request a progress report, due April 1, 2011, documenting (1) steps taken to assess and strengthen student support services at this location (Standard 9) and (2) the results of the assessment of the current program format of the Executive Master of Business Administration program offered at Kadir Has University and any decisions made regard a change to that format (Standard 11 and 13). To remind the institution that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2011, should document further progress in (1) integrating the mission in to institutional planning processes; (2) ensuring student information literacy; and (3) implementing the plan and processes for the assessment of student learning.
