    To acknowledge receipt of the monitoring report requested by the Commission action of June 27, 2024. To reaffirm accreditation because the institution is now in compliance with Standard V (Educational Effectiveness Assessment). To note the follow-up team visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 6301 Riverdale Avenue, Riverdale, NY 10471 on April 2-3, 2025. To request a monitoring report, due March 2, 2026, demonstrating sustainability of corrective measures and further evidence of (1) organized and systematic assessments, conducted by faculty and/or appropriate professionals, evaluating the extent of student achievement of institutional and degree/program goals, and the utilization of curriculum maps (Standard V) and (2) consideration and use of disaggregated assessment results for all student populations for the improvement of student learning outcomes, student achievement, and institutional-level and program-level educational effectiveness (Standard V) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.

    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request a supplemental information report, due March 27, 2026, addressing the action taken by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc. (ARC-PA) and providing additional information on Standard III: Design and Delivery of the Student Learning Experience, Standard IV: Support of the Student Experience, and Standard V: Educational Effectiveness Assessment. To remind the institution of its obligation to inform the Commission about any and all developments relevant to this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.

    Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request that the monitoring report, due March 3, 2025, also provide evidence of (1) compliance with any and all conditions established by the USDE Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) relating to the institution's Heightened Cash Monitoring (HCM2) status (Standard VI: Planning, Resources, and Institutional Improvement) and (2) an annual independent audit confirming financial viability with evidence of follow-up on any cited concerns, including but not limited to the audited financial statements for fiscal year 2023 (Standard VI). To require that the institution complete and submit for approval, by March 3, 2025, a teach-out plan and teach-out agreements as required by the Commission's Teach-Out Plans and Agreements Policy and Procedures and federal regulation 34 CFR 602.24(c)(2)(i) because the Secretary of Education has placed the institution on Heightened Cash Monitoring (HCM2). To remind the institution and its governing body of its obligation to inform the Commission immediately about any and all significant developments relevant to this action and to make freely available to the Commission accurate, fair, and complete information on all aspects of the institution and its operations. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2030-2031.

    To note that the Commission liaison guidance visit occurred on September 19, 2024. To remind the institution of the Commission request of June 27, 2024, for a monitoring report due March 3, 2025. The date of the next evaluation will be determined upon reaffirmation of accreditation.

    To acknowledge receipt of the monitoring report. To note the follow-up team visit by the Commission's representatives to the main campus at 6301 Riverdale Avenue, Riverdale, NY 10471 on March 4-5, 2024. To continue to warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard V (Educational Effectiveness Assessment). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To note further that federal regulations limit the period during which an institution may be in non-compliance, which started on June 22, 2023. To request a monitoring report, due March 3, 2025, demonstrating evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standard V (Educational Effectiveness Assessment), including but not limited to (1) clearly stated student learning outcomes at the institution and degree/program levels, which are interrelated with one another, with relevant educational experiences, and with the institution's mission (Standard V); (2) organized and systematic assessments, conducted by faculty and/or appropriate professionals, evaluating the extent of student achievement of institutional and degree/program goals (Standard V); (3) documentation of curriculum maps by degree/program levels (Standard V); and (4) consideration and use of disaggregated assessment results for all student populations for the improvement of student learning outcomes, student achievement, and institutional-level and program-level educational effectiveness (Standard V) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). To direct a follow-up team visit following submission of the monitoring report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. The date of the next evaluation will be determined upon reaffirmation of accreditation.
