    To note the visit by the Commission’s representative and to affirm the inclusion of the additional locations at (1) Binghamton High School, 31 Main Street, Binghamton, NY 13905; (2) Maine-Endwell High School, 750 Farm to Market Road, Endwell, NY 13760; and (3) Windsor High School, 1191 NY-79, Windsor, NY 13865, within the scope of the institution’s accreditation. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2020-2021.

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the additional location at SUNY Broome Culinary and Event Center, 78 Exchange Street, Binghamton, NY 13901within the institution’s scope of accreditation. To note that a substantive change site visit is not required. To require immediate notification when instruction commences at each location. To note that the Commission may rescind this action if instruction does not commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2020-2021.

    To accept the Periodic Review Report and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a progress report, due October 1, 2017, further documenting (1) development and implementation of a comprehensive institutional strategic plan that links long-range planning to decision making and budgeting processes (Standard 2); (2) steps taken to improve the college catalog including clearly articulated statements of student learning outcomes for all degree and certificate programs (Standard 6); and, (3) implementation of the revised general education curriculum and implementation of an assessment process for general education (Standard 12). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2020-2021.

The Periodic Review Report is due June 1, 2016.
