Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to acknowledge receipt of the supplemental information report requested by the Commission action of November 6, 2023, providing information on key data indicators (enrollment – FTE), as reported on the 2023 Annual Institutional Update (AIU) in accordance with federal regulation 34 CFR § 602.19(d). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026. - November 6, 2023

To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standard 7 (Institutional Assessment) and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report, due April 1, 2019, demonstrating (1) sustainability of implemented corrective measures (formerly Standard 7, now Standard VI) and further evidence of (2) clearly stated institutional and unit-level objectives that are linked to mission and reflect conclusions drawn from assessment results (Standard VI), (2) assessment results which are shared with appropriate constituencies (Standard VI), and (3) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of assessment processes utilized by the institution for the improvement of institutional effectiveness (Standard VI). To request that the monitoring report also provide further evidence of the development and implementation of organized and systematic assessments that evaluate the extent of student achievement in general education (Standard V). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026. - November 16, 2017

To warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy due to insufficient evidence that the institution is currently in compliance with Standard 7 (Institutional Assessment). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To request a monitoring report, due March 1, 2018, documenting that the institution has achieved and can sustain ongoing compliance with Standard 7, including but not limited to evidence of a documented, organized and sustained assessment process, supported by appropriate resources, that provides assessment results which are shared and used for planning and resource allocation at the institution and unit level (Standard 7). In addition, to request that the monitoring report also document evidence of (1) strategies to assess the efficient utilization of institutional resources with regard to enrollment trends and the awarding of institutional financial aid (Standard 3), (2) formal processes to address student grievances and periodic assessment of the effectiveness of these processes (Standard 6), (3) faculty with credentials appropriate to the graduate curricula (Standard 11); and (4) further development of the use of student learning outcomes assessment results in general education to improve teaching and learning (Standard 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the report. To direct a prompt Commission liaison guidance visit to discuss the Commission's expectations. Upon reaffirmation of accreditation, the next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2025-2026. - October 31, 2016

To note the institution's decision to close the additional location at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology Yamnampet, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad-Telengana 501-301, India and to approve the teach-out plan.
