To remind the institution that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2015, should provide evidence of further steps taken to (1) clearly articulate and assess performance indicators that are purposefully related to institutional goals and objectives in the institution's new strategic plan (Standards 2 and 7); (2) assure that the experiential learning components of all courses are conducted with rigor and are designed, delivered, and evaluated to foster a coherent student learning experience (Standard 11); and (3) assure implementation of an organized and sustained process to assess the achievement of student learning goals in all programs, including general education, with evidence that assessment information is used to improve teaching and learning (Standards 12 and 14). To provisionally include the additional location at Meadowlands Environmental Center, Two DeKorte Plaza, Lyndhurst NJ 07071 within the scope of the institution's accreditation pending a site visit within six months of commencing operations. The Commission requires written notification within 30 days of the commencement of operations at the additional location. The Commission notes that approval extends for one calendar year from the date of this action. In the event that operations at the additional location do not commence within this time frame, approval will lapse.
