    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the instructional site at Dempster Fire Training Center, 350 Lawrence Station Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 as an additional location and to include the location within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations as an additional location. Operations at the additional location must commence within one calendar year from the date of this action. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2022-2023

    To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standard 7 (Institutional Assessment) and Standard 14 (Assessment of Student Learning) and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2017, documenting the further implementation of a comprehensive, organized, and sustained process for the assessment of institutional effectiveness with evidence that assessment information is used in budgeting, planning, and allocating resources (Standard 7). The date for the next accreditation review will be determined by the Commission when it revises the accreditation cycle.

To include the additional locations at (1) Edna Mahan Correctional Facility, 30 County Road 513, Clinton, NJ 08809 (2) Mountainview Youth Correctional Facility, 31 Petticoat Lane, Annadale, NJ 08801 (3) Northern State Prison, 1168 Frontage Rd, Newark, NJ 07114; and (4) East Jersey State Prison, 100 Woodbridge Road, Rahway, NJ 07065 within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires written notification of thirty days of the commencement of operations at these locations. In the event that operations at these locations do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse. In addition, the monitoring report should document further steps taken to promote a culture of evidence-based planning and decision-making (Standard 2) and faculty leadership in the assessment of student learning outcomes (Standard 10). A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. The due date for the next Periodic Review Report will be established when accreditation is reaffirmed.
