    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request and to include the following additional locations within the scope of the institution's accreditation: (1) Hasbrouck Heights High School, 365 Boulevard, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 08026; and (2) New Brunswick High School, 1000 Somerset Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the commencement of operations at these sites. In the event that operations at these sites do not commence within one calendar year from the approval of this action, approval will lapse. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2014-2015.
