To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To remove the warning and reaffirm accreditation because the institution is now in compliance with Standards 7 (Institutional Assessment) and 14 (Assessment of Student Learning). To request a monitoring report, due by October 1, 2013, documenting (1) further implementation of a comprehensive, organized, and sustained process for the assessment of institutional effectiveness, including evidence that results are used in budgeting, planning, and allocating resources (Standard 7); and (2) further implementation of a documented process to assess the achievement of program-level student learning goals, including General Education (Standard 14). A visit may follow submission of the monitoring report. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2015-2016. - March 1, 2012

To remind the institution of the monitoring report, due September 1, 2012, providing evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain compliance with Standards 7 and 14, including but not limited to (1) evidence of a comprehensive, organized, and sustained process for the assessment of institutional effectiveness with evidence that assessment information is used in planning and allocating resources (Standard 7); and (2) evidence of systematic and sustained assessment of student learning outcomes at the course and program levels, including general education (Standard 14). To remind the institution that the Periodic Review Report due June 1, 2011, should document (1) further development of the College Council as an inclusive college-wide governance structure (Standard 4); and (2) further development of the Faculty Senate and the Bergen Community College Faculty Association as independent bodies (Standard 4).
