To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To reaffirm accreditation. To note the on-site evaluation visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 101 Braddock Road, Frostburg, MD 21532 on March 9-12, 2025. To note the following additional locations were visited: (1) 569 Yuelu Avenue, Yuelu Qu, Changsha Shi, Hunan Sheng, China and (2) 32 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. To request a supplemental information report, due August 3, 2026, providing further evidence of multi-year, long-range financial models that include realistic enrollment projections and the assumptions on which they are based to support sustainable financial stability (Standard VI) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2032- 2033. - November 21, 2024

Staff acted on behalf of the Commission to request a supplemental information report, due May 27, 2024, addressing the action taken by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc. (ARC-PA) and providing additional information on Standard III: Design and Delivery of the Student Learning Experience, Standard IV: Support of the Student Experience, and Standard V: Educational Effectiveness Assessment. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2024-2025. - March 5, 2020
To note the substantive change visit occurred on October 14, 2019, to the additional location at Hunan University of Commerce, 569 Yuelu Avenue, Yuelu Qu, Changsha Shi, Hunan Sheng, 410013 China and the information provided in the substantive change was verified. To include the first Post-Master's Certificate program (Post-Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership) within the institution's scope of accreditation. To note the Commission may rescind this action if the requested substantive change is not implemented within one calendar year from the date of this action. To require immediate notification when instruction commences at the additional location. To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request. To include the reclassification of the additional locations at (1) Community College at Baltimore County, 800 South Rolling Road, Baltimore, MD 21228; (2) Cecil College, One Seahawk Drive, North East, MD 21901; and (3) Garrett College, 687 Mosser Road, McHenry, MD 21541 as other instructional sites and to include the change within the scope of the institution's accreditation. The Commission requires written notification within thirty days that the sites cease to operate as additional locations. To remind the institution of the Commission's request of November 16, 2017 for a monitoring report due September 1, 2018. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2024-2025. - November 16, 2017

To remove the warning because the institution is now in compliance with Standard 7 (Institutional Assessment) and to reaffirm accreditation. To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2018, further documenting sustainability of a documented and organized process for the assessment of (1) student learning in all programs, including general education (Standard V) and (2) overall institutional effectiveness with evidence that assessment information is used to improve programs, services, and processes and is shared and discussed with appropriate constituents (Standard VI). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2024-2025. - June 22, 2017
To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To note that the institution is now in compliance with Standard 12 (General Education). To continue to warn the institution that its accreditation may be in jeopardy because of insufficient evidence that it is in compliance with Standard 7 (Institutional Assessment). To note that the institution remains accredited while on warning. To request a monitoring report, due September 1, 2017, documenting evidence that the institution has achieved and can sustain compliance with Standard 7, including but not limited to evidence of a documented, organized, and sustained institutional effectiveness assessment process, with evidence that assessment information is used to improve programs, services, and processes and is shared and discussed with appropriate constituents. A small team visit will follow submission of the monitoring report. Upon reaffirmation of accreditation, the next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2024-2025.
