To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To reaffirm accreditation. To note the on-site evaluation visit by Commission representatives to the main campus at 4200 Connecticut Avenue, N. W., Washington, DC 20008 on March 23-36, 2025. To note the following additional locations were visited: (1) 2801 Thomas Avenue, Washington, DC 20001 and (2) 5171 South Dakota Avenue, Washington, DC 20017. To request a supplemental information report, due March 2, 2026, providing further evidence of (1) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of student support services for all student populations with appropriate metrics and evaluation (Standard IV); (2) planning that integrates goals for institutional effectiveness and improvement, including a focus on student achievement, educational outcomes, overall institutional improvement, and the results of institutional assessments (Standard VI); and (3) periodic assessment of the effectiveness of planning, resource allocation, institutional renewal processes, and availability of resources (Standard VI) (Fourteenth Edition and Evidence Expectations by Standard Guidelines). To request a supplemental information report, due September 1, 2024, providing further evidence of trend analysis of student achievement data – as appropriate to institutional mission and disaggregated by relevant populations, including retention rates; graduation rates (100%, 150%, 200%); transfer rates; and post-completion placement rates, as applicable, for the last two years (Standard IV).
