  • April 16, 2020
    To acknowledge receipt of the self-study report. To delay the On-Site Evaluation visit scheduled for Spring 2020 due to extraordinary circumstances related to coronavirus (COVID-19) interruptions and to continue accreditation. To note the institution remains accredited during a delay granted by the Commission. The Evaluation visit will be scheduled in accordance with Commission policy and procedures.
  • March 5, 2020
    To acknowledge receipt of the request to delay the Self-Study Evaluation and On-Site Evaluation Visit. To reject the request for the delay because no extraordinary circumstances exist to warrant a delay (Accreditation Actions Policy and Procedures). To require the institution to proceed with the On-Site Evaluation Visit to occur as scheduled.

    To accept the progress report. The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2019-2020.
  • November 19, 2015
    To accept the Periodic Review Report, reaffirm accreditation and commend the institution for the quality of the Periodic Review process. To request a progress report, due April 1, 2017 documenting (1) further implementation of the strategic plan (Standard 2); and (2) evidence that student learning outcomes are appropriately integrated at all levels (Standard 14). The next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2019-2020.
  • November 21, 2013
    To accept the monitoring report and to note the visit by the Commission's representatives. To request that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2015 document (1) further evidence that assessment of institutional effectiveness is fully implemented across all areas of the institution (Standard 7); (2) evidence that adequate resources are allocated for full implementation of assessment processes (Standards 7 and 14); and (3) further evidence that assessment results provide sufficient, convincing evidence that students are achieving key institutional and program learning outcomes (Standard 14). To remind the institution that the Commission previously requested that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2015, document the educational effectiveness of distance education and its impact on the institution's ability to fulfill its mission and goals (Standard 13).

To note that the monitoring report due September 1, 2013 has been received and will be acted on by the Commission at its November meeting. To remind the institution of the request to document within the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2015, the educational effectiveness of distance education and its impact on the institution's ability to fulfill its mission and goals (Standard 13).

    To acknowledge receipt of the substantive change request and to include the online Masters in Sport Leadership within the scope of the institution's accreditation. To request that the Periodic Review Report, due June 1, 2015, document the educational effectiveness of distance education and its impact on the institution's ability to fulfill its mission and goals (Standard 13). To remind the institution of the monitoring report, due September 1, 2013, documenting (1) further evidence of the implementation of processes for ensuring discussion, analysis, dissemination and use of data for institutional effectiveness (Standard 7); (2) evidence that institutional assessment results are used to assist in planning and budgeting (Standard 7); and (3) assessment results that provide sufficient, convincing evidence that students are achieving key institutional and program learning outcomes (Standard 14). A small team visit will follow submission of the report. To direct a prompt liaison guidance visit to discuss Commission expectations.

The Commission requires written notification within thirty days of the closure of this additional location.
