Three ALOs Sharing Lessons Learned During Time of Crisis and Post-Pandemic Implications
March 25, 2021 at 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Event Navigation
Since the COVID pandemic began in March 2020, our institutions have faced historic challenges that required quick action, communication, and decision-making on almost a daily basis. Accreditation Liaison Officers (ALO) and academic administrators were called upon to offer guidance and leadership in a variety of key areas. The ALOs from the University of Rochester, Johns Hopkins University, and Cornell University will share their experiences around three themes: pedagogical innovation, communication across the institution, and the speed of change. After sharing examples from their campuses in these three areas, the presenters will invite participants to ask questions and to share strategies used across their various institutional settings. This workshop is intended for all Accreditation Liaison Officers.
