Institutional representatives and those interested in learning more about a complex substantive change, defined as a change in legal status, form of control, or ownership resulting from a merger, acquisition, sale of an institution, or other similar transaction (Complex Substantive Change Procedures), should join us to learn about the requirements and expectations of the Commission and position their institutions to navigate the challenges associated with this process. During this webinar, MSCHE staff will answer your questions about these complicated transactions and offer best practices that have been learned from experience.

Update: All registrants will be sent a pre-recorded video in addition to a recording of the September 19 webinar.
