Follow-up reports and visits are a mechanism for ongoing monitoring activities. The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) may request written follow-up reports and evidence and follow-up visits in accordance with the Accreditation Actions Policy and Procedures. This webinar will provide guidance on meeting Commission expectations for follow-up reporting for MSCHE institutional members. The webinar will include specific information about the various types of reviews, reports, and visits associated with follow-up reporting; guidance on writing the reports and providing evidence, and guidance on preparing for and hosting a follow-up visit.

Learning Outcomes
- Identify reporting requirements included on the Commission accreditation action.
- Prepare and submit an effective follow-up report and evidence.
- Review the steps and activities that will occur leading up to and during a follow-up visit.
