Lessons Learned Webinar Series: Presentations by MSCHE Member Institutions

Over the last few years, D’Youville has done the insurmountable by designing new, integrative processes for strategic planning and accreditation tracking. We evolved strategic planning to be a living document and continuous input process from all college stakeholders – one that is driven by data and always measured. The Adaptive Planning Framework has seven steps to help the institution meet its Strategic Priorities in an innovative, inclusive format. The Department Operational Planning process was added to our strategic planning process and shares the same Planning Process Timeline, so that everything aligns with the yearly budget process. D’Youville used this success to reimagine its MSCHE self-study process. We envisaged accreditation reporting as an opportunity to perform regular tracking, assessment, and pivoting on our strategic priorities. Learn more about D’Youville’s unique strategic planning process and our new approach to accreditation tracking at this detailed session.

Cost: This presentation is part of an on-going series where you get access to eight events for one price: $225 Institutional Member/ $325 Non-Member*
