2022 Annual Conference Sponsorship and Exhibitor Information
The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) is excited to return to an in-person conference and invites you to be a part of it as a Sponsor or Exhibitor! Our 2022 Annual Conference: Empowering Higher Education will take place from December 7-9, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. We will once again gather at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel where we will celebrate the exceptional work of the higher education community.
Becoming a Sponsor or an Exhibitor at this premiere event places you among a large, diverse group of decision makers in the higher education industry. The Conference, the Commission’s largest gathering for its over 500 domestic and international institutions, is your opportunity to engage with and highlight your support for MSCHE member institutions.
This year, our sponsorship opportunities will provide you with greater visibility among attendees, easier options to choose from, and more benefits as a Sponsor. Among the changes are more advertising options with registration bag items, hotel key cards, and charging stations in addition to other high-profile opportunities consistent with prior years. From the Wednesday night Opening Reception to the session breaks throughout the Conference to the Thursday lunch and continental breakfasts — all are available for your sponsorship consideration.
Our Sponsors and Exhibitors will enjoy a dedicated Exhibit Hall that will serve as a hub of activity with high attendee traffic throughout the conference. Scheduled exhibit hall activities are targeted to engage attendees, including a Student Poster Session and a book signing featuring plenary speaker, Dr. Freeman A. Hrabowski, III, President of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
When we were last able to gather in person at our 2019 Annual Conference, Sponsors and Exhibitors interacted with leaders from across the industry including 1,300 college and university presidents, provosts, chief academic officers, chief financial officers, directors of student assessment, institutional researchers, faculty, system colleagues, and others interested in higher education issues. A vast majority of the Commission’s over 520 member institutions were represented from across the United States and the world. We expect not only to return to those levels of attendance but to exceed them.
We do hope that you are able to join us as a Sponsor or an Exhibitor. If you commit before June 17, 2022, you will save $500 on sponsorship and exhibitor packages as part of our Early Bird pricing.
Please share any questions about these opportunities with Nicole Biever, Director for Communications and Development Specialist, at email@example.com or 267-284-5066.

Health and Safety Update
The health and safety of all our Conference attendees, including our Sponsors and Exhibitors, is a priority. At a minimum, we will be asking all conference participants to provide proof of the completion of the primary series of the COVID vaccination, proof of a negative rapid or PCR COVID test within 72 hours, or documentation of recovery from COVID within the last 90 days with medical clearance. Conference participants may be required to upload such proof into an online platform or app prior to registration check-in. The pandemic conditions continue to shift, and MSCHE’s COVID rules will be subject to change based on any new requirements or guidance by the hotel facility, City of Philadelphia, or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Requirements will be as defined by the CDC. To protect health and safety, MSCHE reserves the right to deny on-site participation where required proof is not provided or does not meet the requirements in place at the time of the event. Additional details will be forthcoming.
