Elizabeth Krapp Joins MSCHE as Senior Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Headshot of Elizabeth Krapp.The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) welcomed Elizabeth Krapp as Senior Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer in December 2025. Elizabeth will oversee the Commission’s financial and business strategy and operations. 

“We are so fortunate to have Elizabeth join the Commission staff,” said Heather F. Perfetti, President of the Commission. “Elizabeth is a proven leader who understands the work of the Commission and our institutions, and she will be an invaluable asset contributing to the continued growth and advancement of our strategic directions.” 

Before joining the Commission, Elizabeth served as the Vice President, Finance and Administration & Treasurer, at Peirce College (PA). Elizabeth holds an M.B.A. from California State University, East Bay and a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance focus from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
