Institutions Granted Candidate Status at March 2025 Commission Meeting
The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) congratulates the following institutions for being granted candidate status during its March 2025 meeting:
United States Army Armament Graduate School
Attaining Candidate for Accreditation Status is a multi-step process in which institutions must achieve and sustain compliance with the Commission’s Standards for Accreditation and Requirements of Affiliation (Fourteenth Edition) and applicable federal regulatory requirements.
The Commission welcomes inquiries and applications from domestic and international institutions seeking accreditation. Institutions interested in application and candidacy should contact staff at [email protected].
The Commission serves institutions with a broad range of support as they navigate the complexities of the accreditation process. These institutions also benefit from a vast learning community including member institutions, state and system partners, peer evaluators, and Commissioners. In addition, the Commission has developed new procedures to provide opportunities for institutions in good standing with other USDE-recognized accreditors to seek accreditation with an accelerated timeline.
For additional information, please refer to the Application and Candidacy page on the MSCHE website.
