Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel Tracey Schneider to Speak at NACUA Event

The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs and General Counsel Tracey Schneider will speak at the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) webinar, “M&A or Closure? Complex Considerations, Critical Choices,” on April 29, 2024, 2:00–4:00 p.m. ET.

The two-hour event will focus on topics related to the components of successful institutional transactions, a new United States Department of Education (USDE) process for Title IV program participation maintenance for acquired entities, navigation of state authorization and substantive change processes, and other post-transaction considerations. 

NACUA’s mission is to enhance legal assistance to colleges and universities by educating attorneys and administrators as to the nature of campus legal issues.
