Amy Moseder Named MSCHE Interim Senior Vice President for Policy and Administrative Services
Dr. Amy Moseder was named Interim Senior Vice President for Policy and Administrative Services of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) in July 2023. Amy has held several titles and positions within the Commission since joining in December 2011 and most recently served as Vice President for Policy and Senior Policy Analyst. As Senior Vice President, Amy serves as a member of the President’s Executive Leadership Team and Cabinet and provides oversight for the Policy, Research, and Information Systems departments. She holds close ties to the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Departments while shaping policy direction for the Commission.

Perfetti. “In her promotion to Senior Vice President, Amy brings experience, vision, and laser focus on strategic directions in critical areas that will benefit her colleagues, the Commission, and our higher education community.”
Amy’s credentials include an Ed.D. with specialization in Higher Education Leadership from Wilmington University (DE) as well as a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Delaware. Before coming to MSCHE, Amy worked as the Director of Institutional Research and Planning at Salem Community College (NJ) and as a communications and marketing professional in the architecture industry.
