Withdrawn Procedures Effective June 30, 2022

The Executive Committee voted to withdraw the Advance Notice of Non-Compliance Recommendations procedures effective June 30, 2022.

The Commission has been updating its policy and procedures framework for several years, and other, more appropriate procedural options are in place in Accreditation Actions Policy and Procedures, Accreditation Review Cycle and Monitoring Policy and Procedures, and Communication in the Accreditation Process Policy and Procedures.

The Commission has a multi-level, accreditation decision-making process that can result in different findings at each level. By design, the process empowers each level to conduct an independent review, with the Commission taking a final action with all of the evidence presented at each level.
