Revised Accreditation Activities Guidelines

The Commission made technical amendments to the Accreditation Activities Guidelines effective March 1, 2021. Upon the effective date, the documents are available on the Browse Policies and Procedures page and can be found using the search filter.

The policy unit made technical amendments to Accreditation Activities Guidelines to align the document with recent revisions to other policy documents including Application and Candidacy Review Cycle and Monitoring Procedures, Accreditation Review Cycle and Monitoring Procedures, and Follow-Up Reports and Visits Procedures. In addition, a section was added to describe other proceedings such as the notice of non-compliance action, show cause appearance, appeals, and arbitration.
