New Site Features Rolled Out for MSCHE.org

With the aim to improve the visitor experience, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education has rolled out website updates.

Among the largest enhancements, are changes to the institution directory. Now listed for each institution are the accreditation liaison officers (ALO) and the MSCHE vice president for the institution. In addition, changes were made to the presentation of Commission actions to include substantive changes as well as a refined presentation of alternative delivery methods, credential levels, and locations. A new tab was added to include personalized links to external resources for each institution to the College Navigator, College Scorecard, and the self-reported student achievement data.

One of the more requested feature changes was to the statement of accreditation status that was generated from the Print SAS button. The output was redesigned to better display each institution’s information in a print-friendly format that can also be easily made into a pdf.

Other site improvements enhanced the policies under review page to include icons and links when items are available for public comment and what type of document is up for review.

Lastly, visitors to the home page will see a rotating display of photos from members on each page load that will help promote MSCHE institutions.
