Federal Compliance for Institutions:
Verification of Compliance with
Accreditation-Relevant Federal Regulations (2017).
About the webinar
In addition to ensuring that the self-study and PRR processes address the standards, policies, and procedures of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the institution should address appropriately the requirements imposed by the federal and state regulatory agencies. Middle States requires that institutions report on these accreditation relevant federal requirements at the time of both the Self-Study and PRR.
Commission staff will highlight the information found in the updated 2017 MSCHE Guide, Verification of Compliance with Accreditation-Relevant Federal Regulations and the requirements of the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) of 2008 that an institution must be sure to address in addition to its Self-Study or Periodic Review Report, as well as discuss the template for institutions and different kinds of supporting evidence that can be used for this report.
